WSQ Maximizing Productivity Outcomes Using 5S Framework equips learners with the knowledge and tools to implement, manage, and improve productivity through the structured 5S methodology. Participants will learn how to align 5S-based productivity plans with organisational goals, apply industry best practices, and identify performance gaps using real-world data. The course explores productivity concepts, action planning, and practical 5S applications to improve operational efficiency and workplace organisation.

Learners will also assess common productivity barriers, explore solutions, and monitor performance using both quantitative and qualitative indicators. The course emphasises the use of 5S tools and techniques to evaluate current practices and recommend sustainable improvements. Certification

  • Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Infotech - Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Infotech.

  • OpenCerts from SkillsFuture Singapore - After passing the assessment(s) and achieving at least 75% attendance, participants will receive a OpenCert (aka Statement of Achievement) from SkillsFuture Singapore, certifying that they have achieved the Competency Standard(s) in the above Skills Framework.
