WSQ - Certified Lean Six Sigma White Belt (CLSSWB) Training

The WSQ Certified Lean Six Sigma White Belt (CLSSWB) Training provides a foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and quality management. Participants will explore the history and concepts of Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework. The course covers essential quality tools, process control techniques, and performance monitoring using control charts and capability indices.

Learning Outcomes

By end of the course, learners should be able to:

  • LO1: Determine and identify Lean Six Sigma systems for quality process control .
  • LO2: Monitor the quality process control system using Lean Six Sigma Define, Measure and Analyze methodologies.
  • LO3: Verify process control performance using control charts and process capability indices, and determine required follow-up actions.

This course follows the guideline of  Quality Process Control ELE-QUA-3006-1.1 under Electronics Skills Framework

Certification

  • Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Infotech - Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Infotech.

  • OpenCerts from SkillsFuture Singapore - After passing the assessment(s) and achieving at least 75% attendance, participants will receive a OpenCert (aka Statement of Achievement) from SkillsFuture Singapore, certifying that they have achieved the Competency Standard(s) in the above Skills Framework.
