Certification

Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Infotech - Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Infotech.
OpenCerts from SkillsFuture Singapore - After passing the assessment(s) and achieving at least 75% attendance, participants will receive a OpenCert (aka Statement of Achievement) from SkillsFuture Singapore, certifying that they have achieved the Competency Standard(s) in the above Skills Framework.

Gary Chan: Gary Chan Kim Heng is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and experienced corporate finance executive with over 25 years of leadership across finance, governance, and strategic management. A former Regional CFO and Vice President (Asia Pacific) for a Fortune 500 company, Gary has overseen financial planning, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance for multinational operations. He holds an MBA from Brunel University, an MSc in Strategic Marketing from the National University of Ireland, and is an ACCA-qualified professional. Currently, as the founder and principal trainer of Smart Skill Training & Consulting, Gary designs and delivers professional development programs in corporate governance, taxation, and financial management.

In this course, Gary provides practical insights into corporate law compliance from a financial and governance perspective. His sessions bridge legal frameworks with real-world business scenarios, helping entrepreneurs and executives understand how compliance, internal control, and ethical practices underpin long-term organizational sustainability and brand integrity.

Bell Ang Chai Huat: Bell Ang Chai Huat is a finance and accounting professional with over 45 years of industry experience, including 25 years in accounting and 15 years in IT consulting and ERP implementation. A CPA Singapore and CPA Australia member, she has held senior roles such as Finance and HR Manager at Torishima Service Solutions Asia and Regional Finance Manager at BJ Services Company. Her expertise covers corporate finance, GST compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls across regional operations. Bell is also an experienced adult educator certified under the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).

In this course, Bell brings her dual expertise in accounting and IT systems to guide participants in understanding financial compliance and statutory obligations under Singapore’s Companies Act.
