A Registered Management Consultant and Certified Career Coach, Freddy has designed and delivered numerous programs in customer service excellence, human capital development, employability skills, and workplace transformation. His people-centric approach and proven track record in training more than 2,000 job seekers and employees at various levels highlight his ability to empower individuals and organizations to achieve greater workplace effectiveness and resilience.
