Khoo Yong: Khoo Yong graduated from NTU with a bachelor degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering. Currently, working as a principal engineer in one of the top 3 Semiconductor Manufacturing Pure-Play Foundry in the world, he is a statistician support Operations and Engineering, driving the Statistical Process Control Program in the Fab. He specializes in Statistics , basic Excel and advance Excel, including excel macro coding. He regularly conduct Statistical Process Control Courses in the company. He is a certified ACTA Trainer ( Advance Certificate in Training and Accessing) as well as a certified Black Belt.

Dr. Alfred Ang : I am a certified PMP®, CSM®, ITIL®, GCWPL Certified Workplace Learning Consultant (IAL), CAIEG Certified AI Ethics and Governance Senior Professional (NTU/SCS), AWS Certified Solution Architect, AI Practitioner, Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Security+ Certified, Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), Power App Maker (PL-100), Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Unity Certified User, Neo4j Certified Professional and Xero Pro Advsior.

As an experienced adult educator, I am passionate about helping training providers, IHL, and CET centers develop high-quality, Skills Framework-aligned WSQ and IBF curricula. At Tertiary Infotech Pte Ltd, I serve as Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Training Officer, leading a team of DACE/DDDPL-certified curriculum developers and ACTA/ACLP-certified facilitators dedicated to upskilling people to stay relevant in a rapidly changing world.

I have a strong entrepreneurial background, having founded and managed multiple high-tech businesses, including OSWeb2Design Singapore Pte Ltd (2007), Eco City Hydroponics Pte Ltd (2010), Tertiary Infotech Pte Ltd (2012) in Singapore, and Tertiary Infotech Sdn. Bhd. (2016) in Malaysia.

With over 20 years of industry experience, I am a DACE-certified developer, ACTA-certified facilitator, ACIT-certified trainer, GCWPL-certified workplace learning consultant, HRD Corp accredited trainer, Microsoft Certified Data Scientist Associate, and Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate. I also serve as an Associate Adult Educator with IAL, am a member of the Singapore Computer Society, an ex-Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), and a former senior member of IEEE. I have published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers and co-invented over 20 US patents. Academically, I hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU, an online MBA from Universitas Global 21, and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from NUS, where I was top of my cohort.

Continuously expanding my knowledge and skills, I am proficient in various multidisciplinary fields such as IT, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, IoT, Robotics, and Quantum Computing. Recently, I obtained a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU, a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Learning (GCWPL) from IAL in 2023, an Advanced Certificate in Integrating Sustainability for a Future Ready Business from SMU in 2023, a Graduate Diploma in Intelligent Robotics Systems from NUS-ISS in 2021, and completed an Executive Programme in Algorithmic Trading from QuantInsti.
