Mark has successfully implemented process redesign and resource optimization strategies, delivering measurable improvements across various sectors including logistics, manufacturing, service, and healthcare.
With 6 years of industry consulting experience, Mark has built a strong business network through successful project delivery. He is also a Certified Scrum Master with over a decade of project management experience, overseeing large-scale system implementations, benchmarking, and cost optimization initiatives. Passionate about digitalization and automation, Mark has led RPA projects and applied design thinking to enhance user experience. His recent focus includes HR and enterprise-wide process re-engineering, where he leads continuous improvement initiatives and trains professionals in Lean Six Sigma. In addition, he has been an adjunct faculty member at Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) since 2016, certifying Yellow Belt students in continuous improvement.
